Despite 25 years of proven efficacy and countless testimonials, Viviscal’s brand awareness was low. The hair growth supplement needed a 360 rebranding that would reinforce its effectiveness and signal hope to women struggling with hair loss. Interviews with real Viviscal users made Razorfish realize women’s hair was tied to their unique sense of self. Reclaiming their hair with Viviscal was powerful because it enabled them to feel fully themselves again. Our new creative sparked a 63% increase in DTC sales calls and a 77% increase in Viviscal.com subscriptions.
