Buddhability

Soka Gakkai International (SGI) is a global network of 11 million people that practice Nichiren Buddhism. Though the community was growing, SGI was still struggling to demonstrate the value of their ancient religion to younger members. In order to appeal to the gen x, y and z crowds, Razorfish launched Buddhability; an SGI sub-brand and digital ecosystem made for budding Buddhists. Nichiren Buddhists believe that every human has an ‘inner Buddha” that can be tapped via their practice. Thus, Buddhability refers to the empowering ability we all have within ourselves to change our lives.
